We reserve the right to refuse access to our services to anybody who misuses www.heroesmuscle.co.uk in any way. You must not interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, any of the workings of the website or any information held by us.
ACCURACY
We have made every possible effort to ensure that the content of www.heroesmuscle.co.uk is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to amend any errors or omissions at our discretion and will endeavour to do so at the earliest opportunity.
Please be aware that the actual colours and appearance of artwork or products may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen. Screen imagery is at a much lower resolution than actual artwork to enable acceptable download times.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions from time to time, and post a new version on our website. The new version will take effect from the time of posting on the site.
PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
Prices (including any applicable taxes) are shown for all items offered via the website. See the “Delivery” section for details of delivery charges.
Prices, special offers and availability information are subject to change without notice.
ORDERING
When you order online, you will be able to check all details of your order before placing it. You will be sent an e-mail (“ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER”) confirming receipt of your payment from us. We will contact you by e-mail with an “ORDER CONFIRMATION”) which will give details of your order together with despatch details. This confirmation constitutes a legally binding contract.
CANCELLATION
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right of cancellation from the day of the order and up to 7 (seven) working days after the day on which you receive the goods. This right of cancellation does not apply to any goods which have been made to your specification or personalised. This right of cancellation also does not apply to any opened supplement products once these have been accessed.
If you wish to cancel you should e-mail us at ant@heroesmuscle.co.uk. We must have written notice of your cancellation.
You will receive a full refund within 30 (thirty) days of cancellation in the same format that you paid for the goods – i.e. either by cheque, credit or debit card as applicable. If the goods have already been despatched, you must handle them with reasonable care and they should be returned to us in their original condition at your own cost by courier, Special Delivery or equivalent. The goods to be returned should be wrapped securely in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available similar packaging should be used to provide secure packaging for the transit of the goods. Goods should be returned to:

You should also include a note with details of your name, address and order number.
If the goods are not returned we will collect them and deduct the direct cost from the refund or charge these costs to you.

DELIVERY
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Charges for delivery (if not included in the basic price) are shown against the item. Please note that an extra delivery charge may be applicable for non-standard delivery.

We endeavour to dispatch within 24 hours but customers should allow up to 30 (thirty) days for large equipment orders or large bulk purchases
RETURNS POLICY
We very much hope you will be delighted with your purchase(s). However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item you may receive a full refund of your money within 30 (thirty) days of cancellation. Please follow the guidance under CANCELLATIONS above.
FAULTY GOODS
We recommend that you check the condition of the goods you have ordered when delivered. Please notify us as soon as possible if you discover the goods are faulty. Your statutory rights as a consumer shall apply to any entitlement to a refund, repair or exchange in relation to faulty goods. We will arrange for any faulty goods to be collected from you so that you do not incur any expenses.
MISCELLANEOUS
In the event we are unable to comply with our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we shall not be liable for such inability to comply with our obligations or resulting delays.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
All sales will be conducted in English.
This contract will not be filed.
