Dipped Foam Head Guards are light and comfortable. They can be used in most Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Boxing, Karate etc. Padded in all the right places with a velcro elastic chin strap. I would advise checking with your club regarding Head Guards made of Dipped Foam, as some clubs and groups discourage there use and will only allow grading using non dipped foam safety gear.
