Instuctions for use: Mix 50gm (approx 1 measure) with 500ml of water. For the first week of use take XXL Matrix 2 hours before training and another serving immediately after training. After the first week only one serving should be taken immediately after training. On non-training days XXL Matrix should be taken once in the morning.
