International orders under 1kg will all attract a flat delivery fee of £10. For heavy (1kg+) international orders, please contact us to clarify applicable charges.
Where possible, all orders are processed & shipped on an overnight recorded delivery service.
However, there may be times when overnight delivery is not possible due to volume of orders or available stock.
In these circumstances, we will inform you of any expected delay and the anticipated delivery time.
We always try to process any orders received after 3.30pm, on the day they are received. However, orders received after this time may be processed on the next available working day.
You can return any unopened product to us within 14 days for a full refund (excluding any shipping costs)
This does not affect your statuary consumer rights.
